Wineworks Lager Micro Brewery Kit
The Micro Brewery kit from Wineworks is based on the Coopers (when we can't get their version). We believe this is the best starter kit you can buy if you want to make lager. As you can see from the contents below you have everything you need to produce 40 pints of superb lager.
We always recommend that you should use bottles when producing lager as its the only way to get the necessary carbonation in the beer. It also means you can chill the bottles in the fridge.

Kit contents
- 1x 30 Litre food grade bucket with lid (drilled to take a tap for ease of bottling).
- 1x Airlock and gromet.
- 1x Screw in tap (bucket pre drilled for this).
- 1x Solid state thermometer (for attaching to bucket).
- 1x Hydrometer (so you know when it has finished fermenting).
- 1x Thermometer
- 1x Mixing Spoon or Paddle.
- 1x 1.7kg can Coopers Lager.
- 1x 1kg Beer Enhancer.
- 1x Sachet of Beer finings.
- 1x 100g Tub Sterliser.
- 23x 1 litre PET bottles with caps (or a combination of one litre and 500mls bottles).
