Schnapps Base
Still Spirits Top Shelf 300g Schnapps Base pack.
Adding this to the schnapps flavouring will make your schnapps the right alcoholic strength and sweetness to match the commercial equivalents. The thickeners will give your liqueur just the right viscosity to look great in the glass and give an excellent mouth feel.
Take the Schnapps Base add 650ml of 40% ABV spirit base. Mix with a schnapps flavouring of your choice, top it up to 1.125 litres with water and thoroughly mix. Chill the schnapps prior to serving.
