Large Manual Crusher

Just like its medium counterpart, this crusher rapidly pulps fruit to a consistency suitable for pressing. The simple yet effective design of the crusher features a pair of ridged intermeshing rollers with alternating blades (made from acid-resistant alloy) driven by an enamel coated hand wheel. This crusher is particularly suitable for grapes, soft fruit and hard fruit needs to be well cut. It is designed to do 700-1000 kilos per hour. The machine weighs 21 kilos.
The crusher is supported by a painted steel frame, and should be sat on top of a 25/30litre bucket or suitable container, to collect the pulped fruit. The simple design means the crusher is easy to clean and only needs a quick rinse down after use. Not suitable for fruit with stones.
This crusher is more suited to soft fruits (grapes, elderberries, gooseberries) than hard fruits. All stones need to be removed first.
