Coopers Pilsner
Thomas Coopers Pilsener is made from premium 2- row pale malt and barley, bittering hops and a generous amount of aromatic SAAZ hops.
Ferment with a true lager yeast which is supplied, at temperatures below 20°C will produce an excellent example of the pilasters style.
A pale straw coloured beer with a bold, spicy Saaz hop aroma. Crisp and dry with cleansing bitterness.
For the best results mix with 1kg of Beer Enhancer and store for at least 12 weeks in the bottle prior to drinking.
