Coopers Light Malt Extract 1.5kg
We recommend using malt extract with any beer kit instead of sugar to produce the finest home made beer on the market today. Use the full can instead of One Kilo of sugar or brewing sugar or dried malt. Use Light on Lager and very light Bitter.
Light Malt Extract is produced by mashing finely ground malted and unmalted barley with water at a temperature not exceeding 75°C, then filtering and evaporating the resulting liquid under partial vacuum until it is the consistency of thick honey.
The grist comprises a proportion of unmalted barley as constituent of the mash in order to produce a malt extract with a light amber colour.
