Coopers Brewmaster IPA
This India Pale Ale is one of the trademark kits from the "Coopers & Sons" brewery in Australia, dating back to 1868. The hoppy taste (Styrian Golding), along with high bitterness and strong malt flavours are characteristic of this brew.

Colour: 230EBC
Bitterness: 710IBU
Produces 40 pints / 23 litres
Needs 1kg of either:
- Granulated Sugar
- Brewing Sugar
- Beer Enhancer
- Dried or Liquid Malt (Unhopped)
The quality of the brew will improve with the more malt and less sugar used. Any combination (mixture) of the above is fine.
Coopers suggest using 500g of light dried malt with 300g of brewing sugar.
