Easy as 1-2-3
Make your wash

Simply add 6kg of granulated sugar to 21 litres of water at 30°C, along with a sachet of Triple Distilled Yeast and a sachet of Turbo Carbon. Allow to ferment for 7 days. When finished you will have a 14% ABV wash ready to be distilled.

Distill your spirit

Once you have cleared your wash with Turbo Clear, it is ready to go through the still. Using the Air Still you can distill 4 litres of wash at a time, producing 700-800ml of spirit at approximately 60% ABV.

Mix and enjoy

Dilute your 60% spirit 40% ABV, following our handy guide. This will produce just over 7 litres. Then add your choice of Still Spirits essence, mix well, and sit back and enjoy both the fantastic quality and the savings!
