The Stillspirits range was launched in New Zealand in the early 1990’s as there was a considerable demand for people who were looking to make their own alcoholic drinks from distilled spirit.

It was in the late 90’s that the New Zealand government decided that they should legalise the home distillation of alcohol because so many people were doing it at home that they were either going to have to prosecute half the country or let people do it without breaking the law. It was at this point that the sales of Stillspirits products really took off, and it also gave the manufacturers the chance to make the range more professional with better packaging improved flavours.

In 2001 the new range of Stillspirits Classic was launched which was a break through in quality and accuracy of the spirit flavours. You now have a choice of making some real quality Whisky, Malt Whisky, Jamaican Dark Rum, Calypso Rum, Navy Rum, Tennessee Bourbon, American Bourbon, Brandy, VSOP, and Gin. All these Classic Stillspirits types come in a double sachet pack with each sachet making a bottle and a half (75cls).

The range also caters for the liqueur maker, and with over 20 different types in the Stillspirits range, you won’t be short of options. We also have a super range of Schnapps types as well. Peach, Apple, Banana, Strawberry Schnapps are but just a few of the range available.

For something a bit different we also do a comprehensive range of Stillspirits Cream Liqueurs, which allow you to make favourites like Baileys Irish Cream at home!

Finally we do a range of Top Shelf Spirits which include traditional spirits from around the world, like Ouzo, Tequila, and Rye Whisky.
