If you want to start to make some beer at home you are going to need a beer making kit. We have plenty of these to choose from. The two in particular we would recommend is the Wineworks beer making kit which is made up for you especially by us. The other kit is done by Coopers who are the largest lager kit manufacturers in the world.
In each of the beer making kits you will find all you need to make 40 pints of beer. We would suggest that if you are going to make lager then you use the Coopers kit. The reason why we are recommending this is the making of lager in our opinion requires the lager to be bottled and then placed in the fridge (so it's nice and cold when you come to drink it). The Coopers starter kit has this in mind and includes bottles. It also has a video which shows you just how to do it and you will enjoy watching this. It literately has everything you need with the exception of water.
We also believe the Coopers range of beer making kits provide the best value for money on the market today and it's the type of kit that you will enjoy and want to buy again.
The Wineworks Beer kit is also good value for money and we would recommend the one with the basic barrel which is just perfect for dispensing beer in the traditional "bitter" style. It's so like real ale it's just not true but again we only recommend a kit you will enjoy. You will have everything that you need with the exception of water to make your 1st 40 pints of beer.
So it's really up to you which beer making kit you prefer but which ever one you buy you won't be disappointed.
